Kristen Lucksted-Tinsley is a newlywed of 2 years, the Mom of a blended family with 4 beautiful and successful young adults, and a mother-in-law to her fifth “official” child. Her career has developed over 30 years beginning as a CPA, moving into management accounting, and finally becoming an outsourced CFO.
She has been working as a CFO with small to mid-sized businesses helping them grow and navigate financial challenges for over 20 years. Her effort at impacting businesses extends beyond the financial health of the organization and includes a focus on creating a team-oriented culture. Her guiding principles include the ultimate business responsibility of a triple bottom line focus – financial, social, and environmental.
