Grace Hansen, Career

Grace Hansen is a senior manager leading FCA’s Digital Strategy program. With more than 20 years of information technology experience in the automotive industry, Grace has held several leadership positions including senior manager of information technology risk management and compliance, and head of global design technical architecture and senior manager of data center operations.

Beyond her responsibilities leading the Strategy Realization program, Grace is a strong advocate for women. She has served on the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Board of Directors for 2 years and pioneered the Connecting Women in Technology forum, which is dedicated to the development and community of women with the goal of informing, influencing and empowering women within FCA Information and Communication Technology organization.

Grace lives in Southeast Michigan with her husband Doug and their 11 year old son, Cole. She enjoys kayaking and spending time with her family.

Brianna Romines, Giving

Brianna Romines is the President of the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan. She has served the Foundation since 2005, cultivating a true partnership with the epilepsy community in Michigan. Her passion and commitment to those suffering from the effects of epilepsy knows no bounds. She is well known for her exceptional skills in community outreach.

In 2009, Brianna was recognized as the National Staff Person of the year by the Epilepsy Foundation of America – the highest honor a non-executive employee can receive. She also led the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan to its first ever Golden Circle Award administered by the Epilepsy Foundation of America and given only when a fundraising event has the net revenue of over $100,000.



She has a master’s in Public Administration from Oakland University with a concentration in nonprofit management. She attended Grand Valley State University and received a bachelors of science in public and nonprofit administration. She lives in White Lake with her husband and two young sons.

Christina Schuetz, Spirituality & Peace

Christina Schuetz is an author, speaker, and Christ-follower with a love for supporting women. As a former high school English and speech teacher, Christina is now using her gifts of communication, loving others, and celebrating life to share her story of loss while showing the power of love in the midst of sorrow. Christina has a passion for helping people find light in the darkest moments of their lives, advocating for those who grieve, and educating society on how to best support and respond to grief. Her love for words and relationships drives her to share the story of her worst nightmare come true and what it means to cling to hope in a devastatingly broken world.

Dr. Amy Heeringa, Health & Wellness

Dr. Amy Heeringa is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her residency at The Cleveland Clinic and MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to residency, Dr. Heeringa obtained both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Heeringa is a NAMS certified provider in the area of menopause. Dr. Heeringa also has specialty training in Robotic and Single-Incision Robotic hysterectomy. Dr. Heeringa is married to David and they have two children.

Kearsten Manoulian, Relationships

Kearsten Manoulian holds a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and currently works as a middle school science teacher. She has expanded her love for teaching by becoming a certified yoga instructor, and she is currently pursuing the Whole Life Healing Coach Certification, as well as, studying to be an Emotional Freedom Technique Coach. The focus of her studies has ranged from that of our genes and what affects them (the science of Epigenetics) to neuroscience, human biology, nutrition, spirituality and energy psychology. Understanding the relationship between our mind and body is a central theme for the work, while helping others see the mind/body connection in themselves.

As a teacher, yoga instructor and coach, Kearsten brings an introspective approach to help others cultivate joy and emotional freedom. She weaves her passion for neuroscience, spirituality and energy psychology into all that she does offering an abundant blend of gifts for every life she touches.

Kearsten happily lives in Lake Orion with her two incredible children. As a family, they love the adventure of travel and the outdoors.
